Observation

0345(5)(c)(ii)(vii)(viii): During an off-site field trip to a local park with a riverfront playground, a 20-month-old child was removed from the stroller upon arrival at the park, along with other children present on the field trip. One to three minutes after children were removed from the stroller, staff did a head count and realized the 20-month-old child was missing. A person living close to the park heard the staff calling loudly for the child. This person came out to help look and found the child at the home of another neighbor.
